Before you touch an axe you will be given a orientation. In this orientation, we will outline our rules and show you how to throw and retrieve an axe properly.  Your party has an enclosed lane with a target, and players throw one at a time. We will also walk you through on how to use our user-friendly scoring software. You can throw for fun, keep track of points, or play a game. We offer 60 and 90-minute sessions which include free coaching. 

Yes as long as you follow the safety guidelines and use common sense, it’s perfectly safe! At Chango's, we take your safety and the safety of others very seriously. We want everyone to have a great experience at our facility. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any dangerous behavior in the venue. Throughout your gameplay our coaches will be available to you should you have any concerns or questions. 

A 1-hour session at Chango’s costs $15.00 hr per thrower or $28.00 for 2hrs.  Kids are $10.00 hr per thrower or $18 hr for 2hrs. 

Nope. If someone at your party just wants to hang out and watch the action, they can come in non-throwers will still need to sign a waiver. 

Please wear clothes that fit and closed-toed shoes to your axe-throwing session. Dirty or slick shoes, including work boots, aren’t allowed. 

As many as you want! (Just give us a heads-up). Each lane holds 4-6 throwers. If your party is bigger than 8, please call ahead so we can reserve multiple lanes for you. 

Children are allowed to throw with adult supervision.  Must be 8 years old and up. 

Anyone under 18 will require an adult to sign waiver.  

No. Even if you’re a professional axe thrower, we ask that you not bring your own equipment to Chango’s.

We sell food from pizza to wings. We have a great selection of drinks at our bar including our speciality of mixed spirits.
